Time Tracking & Reporting: All service hours are recorded in detail and shared with clients weekly for full transparency.
Minimum Commitment: All retainer clients are required to commit to a minimum contract term of three (3) months.

Non-Rollover of Hours: Service hours are allocated on a monthly basis. Any unused hours expire at the end of the month and cannot be carried forward
